Alright, I do lots of exercise (everyday) and sports a couple of times a week, but I just don't like doing sit ups (and can't even do them right, when I try!!!), and I'm starting to be really obsessed with my belly.
It's like that fat is neeeever gonna go away!!! Makes me kind of depressed... Do you know any good exercises, more motivating than sit ups? Or have any of you used machines that are fun to use and not excessively expensive? Heeeelp me! |

I have the best abs excercise ever, and one that works.
1) Sit on a Yoga mat 2) Place the Xerdisc right behind your bottom ![]() 3) Lie down (so that the disc is under your lower back) 4) With your feet on the ground but knees up (get the picture?) begin to do sit ups I used to train with a personal trainer and this was one of the best tricks she tought me. i hope it works.
