Default Pilates

I see tons some of you are into exercise. I would really recommend trying Pilates. I've only done a studio session once, and since I've been using a Gaiam dvd I bought a while ago. It is the best form of toning and i only do it 3 x a week 30 minutes each (incl. stretching)

I used to do Pilates, I have dvd's for it and all. It sure makes you break out a sweat and you feel your abs after the workout.

Pilates is probably me favorite form of working out. It does make you sweat, and yes the abs!!! all movements come from the core.

I've done Yoga a few times at the club. I've always wanted to try Pilates but somehow never got to it. it looks like everyone is having great results.

Pilates is okay but one has to be very consistent with the exercise.

Yes, you do have to be consistent with Pilates, but Like you said that also goes for all forms of exercise. I'm glad to say I'm back on track with Pilates.
