I wish there was a hot yoga place in my town. You just melt off all the toxicons and fat. It's great. Anyone who tries it will get addicted.
I have decided to get serious with exercising again. At one point, I was running and walking everyday and I looked great. I am going to start up again. Still wish hot yoga was here. |

Walking is very low impact and low cardio. For it to be effective u need a lot of it.. and u should try and make it a brisk walk.
I would go 30 mins a piece twice per day. And maybe try jogging for half the week, then the other half u can walk... if u jog u only need 20 - 30 mins.. |
