How often do you blow dry your hair?

Since it's really bad to blow dry your hair, how often do you do it?

I try not to dry my hair in the summer, I do it when it's cold outside and I have to leave the house.

My hair is long, so in the summer I dont blow dry my hair, I do it when it's cold.

i sometimes do on weekends when i dont have time. other than that, i airdry

I never blow my hair at home, only when I go to salons I sort have no choice.

I just got a hair cut-similar to Posh's cut, and my stylist did such a great job I may not have to blow dry & style ever again

wow all of you are so lucky. do you guys all have straight hair? I have curly puffy, frizzy hair. I can easily be in one of those fuzzy hair shampoo commercials on tv haha. I hate my hair curly so i blow dry it everday and sometimes even use a straight iron to make it smooth. Depending on the air moisture my hair will easily turn wavy. wish i had straight hair.

i do such a good job at it though that when people see me, they're in shock when they find out i have curly hair

Actually I don't blow dry my hair..I feel that my hair is getting to much drier when I'm using it.

Blow drying does dry out your hair. Most people can't get away with letting their hair air dry-which is the best way. When my hair is long I don't use a dryer, when it's short I have to.
