    There are lots of fish oil supplements available in markets, so it is quite difficult to select which one is best? The best fish oil contains the omega-3 fat acids and high EPA or DHA.

    Fish Liver oil contains mainly fat but it contains many micro nutrients... It is a huge source of fat soluble Vitamins such as Vitamins A,D,E,K... Mainly Vitamins A & Vitamins E. I think no need 2 explain the uses of these Vitamins .. U might be already knowing it...

    I have been taking omega 3 pills and it really awesome, you will notice the first change in your skin. Your skin start glowing and becomes fair. One should always make sure they get enough intake of vitamins and minerals.
