Water spells health

    Water flushes out the toxins. A good amount of liquid intake helps the entire system and of course is best for curing skin ailments. The average man needs 2.9 litres, or about 12 cups of water, a day and woman needs about 2.2 litres.

    + if you drink coffee you need even more, as it is dehydrating your body :)

    There was even an mathematical equation, i.e. your weight/2 this is how much oz of water you need to drink in a day. Without adding extra water needed to flush bad habits :D

    water is the most important part of our body. A human body consists of 80% water. It help body form any ways. Water is a good source to burn fat and reduce over weight. It also maintain blood pressure, protect veins from blocking, boost metabolism.

    Water is essential to lead a life on the Earth. Living thing need water for growth and development of the body. Water is good for proper functioning of the body and for the fitness too. Drinking more water is beneficial for healthy body, Healthy skin, to loss weight, for functioning of the body and for other functions.

    Water is so necessary for health and fitness.Nothing other thing can compete with it.

    If you're not really that sensitive in whichever type of water you intake, then you won't have to worry getting yourself any type of water whether it is distilled, or alkaline, either is good for replenishing.

    Drinking water throughout the day will keep you hydrated, flush the toxins out of your body and allow various organs of your body to function properly.
