I'm going to start with Italy's Florence. I found it charming...that mixture between Tuscany's beauty, but you could feel the history of the city at every step, in every building.

Here are some of the most important landmarks:

The domed cathedral of the city, Santa Maria del Fiore, known as The Duomo

Fountain of Neptune

The Ponte Vecchio (Old Bridge)

The Pitti Palance (Palazzo Pitti)

The Medici Chapel

Ufizzi Gallery - contains Michelangelo's David

^ wow...that is gorgeous! I have to admitt I hadn't heard of the Amalfi coast before your post. When did you visit it and can you give us some prices info ?

i love boston. it has such history, yet it can still be seen as modern. and the food is great

its absolutely lovely!! i love the artistry in it - my aunt is an artist there, and shes really helped me see the city's beauty
